SPEED

Our speed work develops both linear and multi-directional explosiveness through proven sprint mechanics, resisted sprinting, and posture-focused drills. The result: faster first steps, more breakaway speed, and better in-game separation.

STRENGTH

The strength block prioritizes sound technique above all else. Building proper movement patterns early allows athletes to develop strength safely, move more efficiently, and build confidence as training demands increase. This focus on technique is a long term investment that supports better athletic performance at every stage of development.

MOVEMENT

Movement blocks focus on change of direction and plyometrics; both gamified to drive high-intent and better athlete engagement. Training that feels like games AND makes them a better athlete: that's a win-win.

MINUTES OF MOVEMENT

We take a modern approach to speed, agility, and plyometric training. Athletes need to move like athletes, not just complete drills for the sake of drills. Our training blends structured sprinting, jumping, and change of direction work with competitive and reactive elements that keep athletes engaged and challenged.

MINUTES OF BUILDING THE FOUNDATION

After movement training, athletes transition into focused strength training technique work. The goal is to build confidence in the weight room by developing proper lifting mechanics and sound technique, allowing athletes to train safely and effectively as training demands increase.

TOTAL MINUTES OF COACH-LED TRAINING

From start to finish, our coach leads every Foundations and Performance session, closely guiding a group of up to 12 athletes. Coaching goes beyond monitoring technique. We create an encouraging, engaging environment where athletes are supported, challenged, and build a positive relationship with training from the very beginning.
